Situation

Numo sees a future where managing respiratory conditions is possible from the comfort of home. The company began as a provider of a passive remote monitoring solution for patients with respiratory conditions like COPD. The company quickly expanded to offer complete virtual pulmonology services. Its team of board-certified pulmonologists and clinicians helps patients skip the worry, wait, and back-and-forth. Higher patient compliance with treatment plans means fewer emergency room visits and hospitalization stays.

Challenge

Numo needed a business partner to help build out its go-to-market strategy. The challenge was twofold. First, identify and engage pulmonology and primary care physicians as a source of patient referrals. Second, engage patients directly, since Numo acquired the practices of pulmonologists who were looking to sell.

Solution

Revwisely built, staffed, and implemented a multi-channel strategy as a white-label extension of Numo. The program had three components: segmentation, content development, and outbound engagement.

Guided by the ideal partner profile, Revwisely built out a series of contact lists using publicly available and proprietary lists. The company created a sales playbook that includes call scripts, email, and answers to frequently asked questions to support execution. Lastly, the company recruited, trained, and managed a dedicated team to engage patients and practices.

Results

Revwisely was able to help Numo Health significantly increase both referral and patient volumes. The teams meet regularly to review progress, discuss insights, and modify execution for continuous improvement. Looking ahead, Revwisely is supporting Numo’s continued expansion across the western United States.
